Tyrellbrand processes in Toronto within 1 - 3 business days of the order date. Following processing, delivery typically takes an additional 2 - 7 business days, depending on the chosen carrier/shipment speed. Orders are fulfilled When the post offices are open between; Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please be aware that shipping times may be extended during periods of high demand. If that might be an issue please let us know upon ordering and/or in a note during checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Tyrellbrand bears no liability for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please promptly contact your local USPS or DHL office, providing them with the tracking number.
Return Policy
For domestic returns you have a window of 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate the process for either a refund or store credit. Reach out to us at info@tyrellbrand.com to kick-start your return. Note all garments must have original tag still attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us within the same timeframe. Please note, there will be a $15 fee for return shipping and a $10 restocking fee per item. These charges will be subtracted from your refund, with the original shipping fees non-refundable.
